Data controller
The data controller is NEUROSEEDU EĞİTİM TEKNOLOJİ VE ARGE LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR.

What data is processed
When you submit the contact form, only what you enter into it is processed:
- Full name
- Email address
- Organisation name (optional)
- Type of enquiry
- Whatever you choose to include in the message
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed solely to consider your enquiry and reply to you. It is not used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.
The legal basis is legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)): replying to someone who writes to us requires processing their contact details. Your explicit consent is therefore not sought.
Information about children
Please do not include health or diagnostic information about your child in the message field. Such information is a special category of personal data (KVKK art. 6; GDPR art. 9) and the contact form is not an appropriate channel for it; those matters are discussed during a meeting.
Any special category data sent nonetheless is deleted once your enquiry is closed.
Who it is shared with
The contents of the form are delivered as email to our corporate mailbox. Two service providers are involved: Resend, which turns the message into an email and sends it, and Google Workspace, where the message is delivered and stored. Both operate servers outside Türkiye, so your data is transferred abroad.
Beyond this, your data is not shared with any third party; it may only be disclosed to legally authorised public authorities on request, to the extent the law requires.
How long it is kept
Your message is kept for at most 2 years after your enquiry is closed, and deleted at the end of that period.
If your enquiry becomes a collaboration or a place on the programme, the correspondence is no longer held under the contact form but for as long as that relationship requires, on its own legal basis.
You may ask for your data to be deleted earlier at any time.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed, and request information if it is
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request erasure or destruction under the conditions the law sets out
- Request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to
- Object to a result reached to your detriment by analysis carried out solely by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. There is only one strictly necessary cookie, which remembers your language preference; it contains no personal data and requires no consent.
